Managing User Accounts in WarPlan AI

This area allows you to invite team members to access your WarPlan AI account where you can manage user accounts.

Current Capabilities

  • Full Access for Invited Users:

    • Purpose: Invite team members such as office admins, salespeople, head of marketing, spouses, or business partners.

    • Access Level: Users you invite will have full access to your WarPlan AI account, meaning they can view, change, edit, and delete information.

How to Invite a User

  1. Navigate to User Accounts: Go to the User Account section in WarPlan AI.

  2. Add a User:

    • Email Address: Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

    • Invite: Click the button to send the invitation.

  3. User Access: The invited user will receive an email allowing them to access your WarPlan AI account with the same privileges as you.

Future Capabilities

  • User Permissions:

    • Customization: In future updates, you’ll be able to set specific permissions for each user.

    • Access Control: Control what sections of WarPlan AI each user can see and interact with.

      • Example: Allow your office admin to manage daily operations but restrict access to financial data.
