Step 1: Naming Your Assistant
Open Chatbot Creation Tool: Access your chatbot creation interface within the menu "Battle Bots"
Name Your Assistant: Enter the desired name for your assistant (e.g., "Jarvis").
Create Assistant: Click on "Create Assistant" to proceed.
Step 2: Accessing Settings
Navigate to Settings: After creating your assistant, you'll start in the chat screen. For initial setup, go to the settings menu.
Pull in Account Information: The settings section will automatically pull in information from your account.
Step 3: Confirming Company Information
NOTE: All of the information below is automatically collected from the main area of the platform. To change any of this information, you need to change them in the settings section of the main body of the software, not in the chatbot settings.
Verify Company Details: Review the company information that has been pulled from your account settings. Ensure all details are accurate.
Select Training Data:
Avatars: Choose the avatars you want your chatbot to recognize.
Products and Services: Select the relevant products and services for training.
Offers: Include any special offers if applicable.
About Your Company: Decide whether to include sections like "Damaging Admissions," "What Makes You Different," and "Your Story." Including these can enhance your chatbot's training and response quality.
Proceed to Next Step: Once all details are confirmed and selections are made, click on "Next Step" to continue to the FAQ setup.
