Training Your Chatbot on FAQs

Learn how to upload and manually enter FAQs to train your chatbot for better customer interactions.

Step 1: Access FAQ Training

  1. Navigate to FAQ Training: From the settings menu, proceed to the section where you can train your chatbot on frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Step 2: Upload or Enter FAQs

  1. Upload FAQs:

    • If you have FAQs in a document format, upload the document directly.

    • Supported formats typically include .doc, .pdf, .txt, etc.

  2. Manually Enter FAQs:

    • If your FAQs are on a web page or not in a document, you can manually enter them.

    • For each FAQ, type in the question and the corresponding answer.

    • Example:

      • Question: Do you carry insurance?

      • Answer: Yes, we are fully insured.

    • There is no limit to the number or length of FAQs you can add.

  3. Recommendation: If your FAQs are available on your webpage, it is advisable to add all of them here to ensure your chatbot is thoroughly trained on the most common questions related to your business.

Step 3: Add FAQs

  1. Add to Training Data: After entering each FAQ, click on "Add" to include it in the training dataset for your chatbot.

Step 4: Proceed to Next Training Step

  1. Next Step: Once all FAQs are uploaded or entered, click on "Next Step" to continue with further training processes in Website and Files.
