Website and Files Information for your Chatbot

Enhance your chatbot's knowledge by adding website content and external documents for better customer interactions.

Step 1: Scrubbing Your Web Page

  1. Enter Website Address: Input your website address in the designated field.

  2. Find Website Pages: Click on "Find Website Pages" to initiate the crawling process.

    • The chatbot will scan through the copy and content on your website.

    • This process may take some time.

  3. Review Found Pages: Once the scanning is complete, a list of all the pages found on your website will be displayed.

  4. Select Pages to Include: Choose the pages you want to include in the chatbot's training.

    • Examples: Window Cleaning Page, Roof Cleaning Page, Maid Service Page

  5. Add Selected Pages: Click on "Add Selected Pages" to include the selected pages in the training dataset.

Step 2: Upload Additional Documents

  1. Upload Documents: You can upload any relevant articles, newspaper files, or documents.

    • Supported formats: PDF, DOC, TXT

    • Examples: Company brochures, service descriptions, customer guides

Step 3: Proceed to Next Training Step

  1. Next Step: After adding all desired content, click on "Next Step" to continue with the setup in Tone, Contact Information, and Configure your lead form.
