Step 1: Choosing a Method to Collect Information
Embedded Lead Form: Select the option for an embedded lead form within the chatbot.
This allows you to collect customer information directly through the chatbot interface.
Information Types:
Phone Number: Option to collect and confirm customer phone numbers.
Email: Option to collect and confirm customer email addresses.
Choose the method that best suits your needs.
Step 2: Configuring Lead Form Fields
Enable and Require Fields: Decide which fields to collect and which are mandatory.
First Name: Enable and set as required.
Last Name: Enable and set as required.
Email: Enable and set as required.
Phone Number: Enable (optional if not required).
Custom Field: Add any additional field if needed.
Example Configuration:
Collect first name, last name, and email (all required).
Collect phone number (optional).
Step 3: Setting Notification Preferences
Notification Options:
Email Notification: Choose to receive an email when a new lead is submitted.
Text Message Notification: Choose to receive a text message when a new lead is submitted.
Select Notification Method: Pick the preferred method for receiving new lead notifications.
Step 4: Proceed to Next Training Step
Next Step: After configuring the lead form fields and notification preferences, click on "Next Step" to continue to Visual Appearance.
