Finalizing Your Chatbot Appearance

Learn how to customize the appearance and introductory message of your chatbot before going live.

Step 1: Naming and Intro Message

  1. Review Assistant Name:

    • You have already named your assistant, but you can change it at any time if needed.

  2. Set Intro Message:

    • Create a welcoming introductory message.

    • Example: "Welcome! How can I help you today?"

    • This message will be the first thing users see when they open the chat bubble.

Step 2: Customizing Colors

  1. Button Color:

    • Click on the button to change its color.

    • Match it to your company colors (e.g., change to blue).

  2. Message Bubble Color:

    • Select the color for the message bubbles.

    • Example: Make it white.

  3. Background Color:

    • Choose the background color for the chat window.

    • Example: Options could include green or red.

  4. Font Color:

    • Set the font color for the text.

    • Example: Leave it white for readability.

  5. Send Message Button Color:

    • Customize the color of the send message button.

    • Example: Make it darker if the text is white for better contrast.

Step 3: Adding an Image

  1. Upload an Image:

    • Option to add a stock photo or an AI-generated image.

    • Choose an image that represents your brand or service.

Step 4: Finalizing and Going Live

  1. Review Customizations: Ensure all customizations are as desired.

  2. Go Live: Click on the "Next Step" button to finalize your chatbot setup and go live.

  3. Future Changes:

    • You can always return to this section to make changes.

    • Options include renaming the assistant, changing the intro message, and updating the embed page.
