Step 2: Prepare for Website Deployment
Copy Placement Instructions:
Locate where you need to place the code: before the closing
</body>tag of your website.Copy this instruction for your web developer or yourself.
Copy the Embed Code:
Click on the "Copy" button to copy the embed code to your clipboard.
Step 3: Email Instructions to Web Developer
Compose Email:
Open your email client and draft an email to your web person if you do not manage your own website.
Paste the placement instructions and the embed code into the email.
Send Email:
Send the email to your web developer, who will then add the code to your website.
Step 4: Deploying to a Funnel Page (e.g., Go High Level)
Access Your Funnel Page:
Open the site or funnel page you want to add the chatbot to.
Add an Element:
Find the option to add an element and select "Code."
Insert Code:
Click to open the Code Editor.
Paste the embed code into the code editor.
Save and publish the changes.
Update SEO Metadata: Follow any prompts to update your SEO metadata, then finalize by publishing the page.
Step 5: Verify Deployment
Preview Your Site:
Open your site to preview the changes.
Look for the chatbot icon (e.g., a little red chatbot) in the corner of the page.
Confirmation:
Ensure the chatbot appears and functions correctly on your site.
