Spearhead simplifies the process of managing and optimizing your GoHighLevel account setup, using the principles of FRAP. In this guide, we’ll walk you through setting up your updated dashboard and business details, so you can efficiently manage tasks, opportunities, and customer interactions.

1. Updated Dashboard Overview:

  • Purpose: Provides a bird's eye view of your business, including pipeline deals, close ratios, and assigned tasks.

  • Features:

    • Displays Opportunities Pipeline (covered in another video).

    • Shows automated staff tasks (e.g., customer callbacks, scheduling).

    • Allows owners to monitor overall company performance.

2. First Step: Setting Up Business Info

  • Simplified Setup: Update your business info across all emails and texts at once using Custom Values (a merge tag system).

    • You only need to input your details in seven fields, rather than changing them manually multiple times.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings:

    • Go to the "Settings" tab in your dashboard.

  2. Edit Custom Values:

    • Click the three dots next to each custom value.

    • Fill in the required fields (e.g., business name, phone number, email).

  3. Focus on Accuracy:

    • Ensure correct spelling, punctuation, and capitalization, as this information will be auto-populated in your emails and texts.

  4. Google Review Link:

    • Find the direct link to your business's Google reviews.

    • Copy the link from the "Write a review" button and paste it into the designated field.

  • Tip: You can shorten this link using a URL shortener if preferred.
