Overview:
The Estimate Scheduled stage automates appointment scheduling for in-person estimates. This step allows you to assign a sales team member to estimate appointments and automate customer notifications.
1. Setting Up the Estimate Appointment Calendar:
Navigate to Settings > Calendars: A pre-filled estimate appointment calendar is available.
Assign Salesperson: Edit the calendar and assign your salesperson to manage estimates.
Set Availability: Adjust availability if needed, then save.
2. Scheduling Estimates:
Once an appointment is scheduled, manually drag the opportunity to Estimate Scheduled.
This removes the lead from previous workflows and assigns the salesperson.
3. Automated Notifications:
10 minutes after scheduling, an email is sent to the customer confirming the appointment with details (date, time, and location).
