Overview:

After delivering an estimate via email, moving the opportunity to Estimate Delivered starts a 28-day follow-up automation. This process ensures that no client is left uncontacted, with multiple touchpoints aimed at securing a response.

1. Move Opportunity to Estimate Delivered:

  • After sending the estimate, drag the opportunity to Estimate Delivered and input the estimated value.

2. 28-Day Follow-Up Sequence:

  • Day 1: Email and text reminder sent.

  • Day 3-14: Follow-up messages use reassurance, reminders, and urgency appeals.

  • Day 14: Final reminder with both email and text.

  • Day 21-28: Additional attempts to reconnect and offer support.

3. Tagging and Data Tracking:

  • If no response is received after 28 days, the opportunity is moved to Estimate Delivered with No Response, and the lead is tagged for better tracking.
