When a client accepts an estimate, moving the opportunity to Estimate Accepted triggers automations that convert the lead into a customer and ensure scheduling for the job.

1. Actions Triggered:

  • Tag Updates: The lead tag is removed and replaced with an approved tag. The contact type is updated from lead to customer.

  • User Notification: The assigned user is notified of the status change.

2. Task Assignment:

  • A task is assigned to schedule the job, preventing any leads from being forgotten or unscheduled.
