  • Go to Sites -> WordPress -> Advanced Settings -> FTP Access.

  • Click on Generate Credentials. You'll receive the Host URL, Port number, Username, and Password, which can be used to securely transfer files via an SFTP client.


Export Your Current Site:

  • Use tools like 'All in One WP Migration' on your existing WordPress dashboard to export your website.

  • Head back to__CompanyName, drag, and drop your exported website file. WarPlan will handle the rest, populating your site on its hosting solution.

User Management in WordPress:

  • Navigate to 'Users' under the WordPress feature.

  • Here, you can add, edit, or delete users as per your requirements, ensuring the right people have access to the right resources.

Staging Environments

In essence, a staging environment is a mirror of your live website, placed on a separate server or directory, vital for various tasks pivotal to web development and upkeep.

Creating a Staging Environment in WordPress within WarPlan :

  • Navigate to WordPress -> Dashboard. Click on "Create Environment" under the staging access section.

  • After selection, the staging setup begins, which typically completes in 2-5 minutes, based on your WordPress site's size.

  • Post creation, make necessary adjustments and run tests before committing changes to the live website.

  • After finalizing changes, click on the "Publish" button. A confirmation prompt appears. On validation, your website updates within the next few minutes.

  • If needed, you can delete your staging setup and restart by clicking the "Delete" button.

Supporting Multiple WordPress Site Installs Under the Same Account

How to Use It:

  • Access the Dashboard: Navigate to Sites > WordPress > All Sites to open the updated dashboard.

  • Create & Manage Sites: To add a new site, enter the required details and complete the payment. To switch between sites, use the site info screen to toggle easily.
