How to change your availability

If you are going on annual leave or will be otherwise unable to approve orders on Warrior, you can update your availability to allow you to share this duty with another user on Warrior.

Updating your availability is easy and fast.

Your covering user won't be given any additional privileges, Warrior will only divert approval emails to them, allowing them to approve or reject orders via this link.

  1. Start by navigating to your dashboard.

  2. Then click your user icon in the top right of the screen.

  3. Click Availability

  4. In the Availability window, you should select Covering User and then select your chosen user from the pop up.

  5. Choose a start date and end date, there is no maximum or minimum time that you must select them for.

  6. Click Save, your covering user will start receiving approval emails in your stead once the start date commences, and they will stop once the end date has passed.

  7. If you wish to turn off your Availability setting, you can click the red Remove Availability button on the bottom left of the box.

💡TIP

  • If a user who is required for approvals is unavailable unexpectedly, a user with the relevant permissions can act as that user and update their availability for them. See this article on Impersonating a User for help acting as a user.
