Marking a special date as a non-delivery day

Delivery schedules can allow customers to place deliveries for days on which your business is not operating, such as bank holidays, you can mark those days as Excluded Dates to stop deliveries being booked on those days

You can mark any day as an Excluded Date.

Public holidays do not automatically populate as non-delivery days, so you will need to set single dates or set up the dates to reoccur annually. The Warrior team will set up any initial dates you pass to us during setup, but you make wish to update this further down the line.

To start, navigate to Delivery Info in your left menu and then:

  1. Select the Excluded Dates tab, then click the New button.

  2. You can either enter your date using the dd/mm/yyyy format or click the calendar icon to select from a pop-up calendar.

  3. Toggle the Every Year option on if this date occurs annually. Please be aware that bank holidays may not land on the same date every year, so only turn this option on for dates you know will not change.

  4. Click Save.

💡TIP

  • Excluded dates automatically apply to every customer and site you supply on Warrior.
