You can check why your file uploads have failed by going into file importing, which will provide all the details of why the file upload has failed.
To do this, follow the steps below:
Log into your Warrior account.
Go to File Importing.
Find the failed file upload and click to open.
Good to know: Have a lot of file uploads? You can use the filters to find the file more easily.
Scroll down to Failed.
In the Error column you will see a reason why your data upload has failed.

One of the required fields in the spreadsheet is missing data. You can fix this by checking your spreadsheet for any incomplete cells, then try re-uploading your file.
The file upload is not in the correct format. You can fix this by downloading the correctly formatted spreadsheet by going to Import Templates and downloading your required upload file.
