Address issues during washr application

If you’re having trouble entering or selecting your home address on the application form, we want to hear about it.

A few things to try first

• Start typing slowly and wait for address suggestions to appear before selecting

• Select your address from the dropdown suggestions rather than typing it in full

• If your address doesn’t appear, try entering just your street number and street name (e.g., “123 Main St”) and wait for suggestions

• Check your internet connection — the address field requires a live connection to load suggestions

If none of the above works, contact us through the support bot in the app or on the web. Let us know:

• What you typed

• Whether any suggestions appeared

• What happened when you tried to continue

• A screen capture of the issue
