How do I contact you?

If you can't find your answers here, you can chat to a team member using our Live chat feature in the bottom right of the web browser (both in the Help Desk, the Wasteland Website and the Wasteland Booking Page)

From 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday, we will have Customer Service Experts live online to answer any of your questions.


Outside of these hours, you can leave us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible! (Usually within 24 working hours).

You can contact our office on 020 3039 3944 and select the appropriate option, you can chat to a team member using our Live chat feature in the bottom right of the web browser or email help@wastelandtravel.com.

We recommend if you do not manage to get through to us on the phones or live chat, that you please email in your request - this way we will definitely have received it.

PLEASE NOTE: the inbox is not monitored over the weekend* and we will reply on our return to the office Monday morning.

* during the high season/trip arrivals, we are live on direct contact resort phones.
