The function of maximum time gaps between appointments is a real lifesaver for those who want the day not to be wasted! By selecting the maximum time interval between services provided, the Watalook Workspace app automatically offers clients only those times for appointments that are immediately before or after another booked slot on your calendar, thus maximizing your workday and productivity.

To set and manage maximum time intervals between clients' visits, open the Calendar section at the bottom left of the phone screen in the Watalook Workspace app, press the black "..." symbol at the top left of the phone screen and press "Time gaps".

Done! No more waiting for another client for half of your day - all clients will register for the procedures one after the other! 🤌
