Below you'll find all the necessary steps to delete your profile.
Contact our team about your decision to delete your profile
You can do it via the live chat option or by sending us an email.
If your profile isn't promoted on the Watalook marketplace and you don't have any unpaid invoices, we'll delete your profile immediately.
If your profile is active and visible on the Watalook website:
a) You'll need to complete all bookings that were made via Watalook.com within the next 30 days.
b) If you have any appointments scheduled outside the 30 days period, you can reach out to your clients and cancel these appointments.
c) After all your appointments are complete, we'll send you the last commission fee invoice. After this and all previous invoices are paid, we will delete your profile.
d) If you aren't able to finish the appointments that are scheduled within the next 30 days due to a serious problem, reach out to your clients and cancel these appointments in your calendar.
If you change your mind and want to use Watalook again in the future, we'll happily reactivate your profile. Just get in touch with our team when you're ready to come back!
