Pay for the services online and go to your appointment walletless!

Advance payments is a great, convenient way to pay for your services beforehand so you don't need to worry about it at the salon after your appointment.

You can only pay for the services in advance if your beauty specialist has enabled the advanced payments option. Otherwise, you'll need to pay after your appointment at the salon.

How to pay for your booking in advance

After you choose the service and the appointment time, you'll need to enter the required booking information and select the payment option - either advance payment or payment at the salon.

If you choose to pay in advance, you'll need to select "Add a new card" and enter your credit card information. You can save this card information for your future payments.

(If your credit card balance is insufficient or if it's impossible to charge the card, you'll get a pop-up message).

After your appointment is confirmed, you'll see the payment status and receive an email with the receipt.

If your appointment was canceled

  • If the client cancels the prepaid booking earlier than 24 hours before the appointment time, they will be refunded the full value of their booking and receive an email with the refund information.

  • However, if the client cancels their appointment later than 24 hours before the appointment, the refund will not be issued.

  • If the beauty specialist cancels the client's booking, the client will be refunded the full value of their booking as well as receive the refund confirmation email.
