Customers can manage their appointment themselves and get important info about them.

- Where to find appointment details?

Al information about your reservations is at the top right of our website www.watalook.com, titled “Client Login.” When logged in, you’ll find it in the section marked with your initials. 🤌

Also, when you register with a beauty specialist, you will be sent an automatic SMS with the booking confirmation and visit details. Also, 24 hours before the visit, you will receive a reminder of the upcoming visit with a link to confirm your arrival.

Wonderful, right? You don't have to worry about anything! 🤌

- How do reschedule an appointment?

For now, only beauticians can reschedule appointments. Reach out to your beauty specialist and agree on a new time slot.

- How do cancel an appointment?

In case you cannot show up for the planned appointment we ask you to cancel it as soon as possible.

This can be done after logging into your account on the Watalook website, 'my appointments' tab. Choose the right appointment and choose the cancellation option.🤌
