Managing your appointments on Watalook app is super easy!

How to add an appointment? 📲

To add an appointment, open the "Calendar" section at the bottom left of the phone screen in the Watalook Workspace app, click on the red "+" symbol and select "add appointment" or "block time" if you have scheduled time for yourself.

Clicking "add appointment" will open a new appointment window, where you can select a client, or service, adjust or leave the standard price and duration of the procedure, and select the date and time for the procedure.

When a new appointment is added, the client is automatically notified about the upcoming visit. Also, 24 hours before the visit, the client receives an automatic SMS reminder to confirm the arrival. When you open the appointment in your calendar, you will see if the client confirmed his arrival.

You can also activate reminders for yourself! Click “remind 15 minutes before” at the bottom of the appointment form, and before the client arrives, the Watalook Workspace app will inform you about the upcoming visit. 🤌

How do reschedule an appointment? 🏗

You can reschedule an appointment in two ways: on your calendar or on a client’s card.

If you want to adjust the date and time of the appointment in your calendar, click on the appointment you wish to reschedule, and in the new window, you will find the "Edit" button at the top right of the phone. You can change the appointment details by clicking on it.

If you want to edit the appointment in the specific client's card, open the desired client and in the "last visits" section select the upcoming appointment you want to change. In the pop-up window, scroll down a little and find the "Edit " button.

Voilà! The appointment has been rescheduled, and the client is informed about all the changes via SMS. 🤌

How to cancel an appointment? 🚶

There are two ways to cancel an appointment: on the calendar or on a client card.

If you want to cancel the appointment in the calendar, click on the appointment you wish to cancel, and in the new window, at the bottom of the phone, you will find the "Cancel" button.

If you want to cancel the appointment on the client's card, open the desired client and select the upcoming appointment that you want to cancel. In the pop-up window, scroll down a bit and find the “Cancel”.

Voilà! The appointment has been cancelled and the client is informed about all changes via SMS. 🤌
