In the Watalook app, client cards are linked to clients’ phone numbers, so to be able to add a client, make sure you have his phone number.
In the app, click "Clients" and a red "+" symbol on the bottom left of the phone, and choose the client that you want to add.
After adding a client, the client's card is created. The Watalook app starts to automatically track the number and frequency of visits, revenue and cancelled or no-show appointments. To each client’s card, you can add before/after pictures and even the products you used during the procedure!
If a client has not yet been added (no card has been created for him), but the client registers for the procedure himself, the Watalook app automatically creates a client card, saving his name and phone number in the "Clients" section of the app. 🤌
