Sometimes people have to part ways. In this article, we explain how to remove a member from the Studio team.

When can I remove a member from the Watalook Studio team?

You cannot remove a Studio member as long as they have future appointments. We recommend reassigning these appointments to other Studio members. If that's not possible, you can remove the appointments. In any of these instances, you must inform the client about these changes.

What happens to the client information that belongs to the removed team member?

  • Both the Studio and the removed team members keep client information.

  • The removed team member will no longer see the notes and pictures made by other team members.

  • The removed team member keeps all the reviews left by clients who had booked their appointments through the Studio profile.
