Clients' "after" photos

Studio admin or any Studio member can add client after photos to clients' cards. This helps the specialists to keep track of each client's appointment history and learn about clients' favorite procedures.

Photos added by a Studio member

When adding a photo, the specialist can choose whether they want to share this photo with their teammates who also have appointments with the same client.

If they choose to make a photo public to their teammates, all members of the Studio, including the admin will be able to see it.

If the specialist doesn't want to share their work pictures with other teammates, they can make it private. After deleting the picture, it will be deleted for all Studio members.

Photos added by the admin

If an admin adds a client photo, it will be visible to all Studio members who have had appointments with that client. After deleting the picture, it will be removed for all Studio members.

After a specialist leaves the Studio

If a specialist is removed from the Studio team, other Studio members won't be able to see the photos or notes added by this specialist.
