Why are there two wallets now?
We would like to bring to your attention that we have recently introduced two separate wallets - Watalook Terminal and Online Payments wallets. Our collaboration with Adyen has enabled us to launch the new Watalook Terminal, while we continue to partner with Stripe for our Online Payments. However, we aim to unify both wallets in the near future, bringing them together into a single, streamlined wallet for our users.
How do they work?
Please be advised that the two wallets operate under the same set of guidelines, which include the following:
Automatic payouts are processed every two weeks, ensuring that any outstanding balance is transferred to your linked bank account.
For instant payouts, the minimum payout amount is 100 euros.
After a successful transaction, it may take up to 48 hours for the funds to show up in your wallet. Please note that the exact time it takes for the funds to reach your bank account may vary depending on your bank's policies and procedures.
For your convenience, you can easily track your payouts through our app and even download payout receipts.
