Inspect the package
Verify that the box containing the terminal hasn't been opened and that the security seal is intact. The security seal is a red label sticker with a barcode and a number, attached along the seam of the box.
Activating the terminal
Find the serial number that is located on the back of the Terminal.
On the Watalook Workspace app, go to Settings.
Find Watalook Terminal.
In the Watalook Terminal section, tap on the "Enter Serial Number" button.
5. Enter the serial number that found on the back of the terminal and tap confirm.
Make-ready
Connect the terminal to a power supply, then press and hold the power button until the display turns on. Let the battery charge for at least four hours while you continue with the next steps.
Select Language
Proceed with choosing the language you prefer to use.
Skip network setup
At this stage, we suggest that you skip this step since your Watalook Terminal operates on a cellular network that is already built into the terminal.
Confirming the store
On the Confirm store screen, assign the terminal to your store by selecting the check mark button.
Putting Watalook Terminal to use
Congratulations! Your Watalook Terminal is now ready to use. You can control the terminal directly from the Watalook Workspace app. When you activate the Watalook Terminal and select it as the payment method during checkout, the payment will be automatically transferred to the terminal.
