Inside Wave, the Directory lists every team member along with their role, title, team, and contact information. You can search by name, department, or role to find exactly who you need.
Each profile includes key details such as:

Contact or collaboration info so it is easy to connect
The Directory also includes a team view that shows how your company is structured. Leaders can see reporting relationships, team composition, and open roles at a glance.
It integrates with other parts of Wave as well. You can view a person’s related Rocks, Scorecards, or accountability information right from their profile, creating a complete picture of how each individual contributes to the company’s success.
