Pulse is your ongoing rhythm for understanding team sentiment, alignment, and engagement through short, anonymous weekly check-ins. The Pulse page gives every team member a simple way to share how they are doing, while giving leaders clear visibility into trends across the organization. At the top of the page, you will see any pending Pulse surveys you still need to complete. Below that is your 12-week overview, which displays all surveys for the current quarter, allowing you to see what has been completed, what may have been missed, and what is coming up next.

Each Pulse survey is designed to take only a few moments to complete. With five simple steps, team members can quickly share their experience without losing time or feeling overwhelmed. Submitted responses remain anonymous, giving your team the comfort to respond honestly. For admins, Pulse results offer valuable insight into team health, cultural trends, and potential issues that require attention. Results can be viewed week by week, with a dedicated reporting format that breaks down each category and displays all feedback your team chooses to share.


Five Steps to Get Started

1. Review your pending and upcoming surveys
Start on the main Pulse page, where your pending survey appears at the top. Below it is your 12-week list, which shows your survey schedule for the quarter. This list helps you understand which surveys are due, which ones have been missed, and how far along you are in the current cycle. This initial view helps both team members and admins stay aware of the overall Pulse rhythm.

2. Take your Pulse survey
Click on the pending survey card to begin. Each Pulse survey consists of a quick five-step process that measures sentiment and alignment across key areas. The format is intentionally short to encourage consistent participation. Complete each step honestly and provide optional open-ended feedback at the end if you would like to add more detail. Once finished, you will return to the main Pulse page.

3. Track your completion and upcoming dates
After submitting your survey, your completion status updates automatically within the 12-week list. You can easily see which weeks are complete, which were missed, and which one is coming next. This helps you stay engaged with the process and ensures that your voice is consistently part of the overall team feedback.

4. View anonymous results as an admin
Admins can access results directly from the Pulse page. Click on any week to open a report that breaks down each part of the survey. All responses are anonymous, except for optional feedback where a team member may choose to reveal their name. The results page presents the data in clear sections so leaders can easily understand trends and themes.

5. Explore weekly reports for deeper insight
Inside each week’s report, you will see sentiment scores, category breakdowns, and written feedback. These weekly insights help you identify changes, spot patterns, and track how team health evolves over time. Use these reports during leadership meetings, planning sessions, or check-ins to maintain a strong connection to the team’s experience.
