Meetings is the central place where you plan, organize, and run effective team meetings using structured agendas and integrated data. The main Meetings page displays all of your upcoming sessions, including any daily meetings pinned at the top and a full list of scheduled meetings within the next 90 days. This gives you a clear overview of what is coming up, who is involved, and which meetings need preparation. With flexible views, reusable agendas, and real-time data pulled from Wave’s tools, Meetings helps your team stay organized, aligned, and prepared for every conversation.
You can switch from the standard list view to a full calendar view, where meetings are displayed in daily, weekly, or monthly formats. This provides a traditional scheduling experience and allows you to see your team’s meeting rhythm at a glance. The Agenda Builder gives admins the ability to create custom agendas for recurring or one-time meetings. Once published, these agendas can be used to run scheduled meetings or immediate sessions with the click of a button. During a meeting, your agenda dynamically pulls relevant data from tools across Wave to create a more efficient and focused meeting experience.
Five Steps to Get Started
1. Review your upcoming meetings and daily schedule
Start by exploring the main Meetings page. At the top, you will see any daily meetings that occur on a recurring basis. Below that is your list of upcoming meetings across the next 90 days. This view gives you an immediate sense of what is scheduled and which meetings need preparation or follow-up.
2. Switch to calendar view for a broader perspective
Use the calendar toggle to move from the list layout to a traditional calendar. View your meetings by day, week, or month depending on what you need. This helps you understand meeting cadence, identify busy days, and plan ahead more effectively. Calendar view is especially helpful for leaders who manage multiple teams or cross-functional sessions.
3. Build your agendas in the Agenda Builder
Admins can open the Agenda Builder to create structured and reusable meeting formats. Drag and drop the sections you want to include, such as check-ins, metrics, rocks, issues, or team updates. Once your agenda is built, publish it to make it available for upcoming meetings. Clear agendas help keep meetings focused and productive.
4. Start or schedule a meeting
From the Meetings page, you can begin an immediate meeting using any published agenda or schedule a meeting for a future date. When scheduling, select the agenda template, choose the attendees, and finalize the meeting time. A well-defined agenda ensures the conversation stays aligned with your operational priorities.
5. Run your meeting using integrated data
During the meeting, your agenda sections automatically connect to the appropriate Wave tools. For example, metrics pull from Scorecards, rocks display current progress, and issues load directly from your Lists. This saves time, reduces manual updates, and ensures the meeting stays grounded in real data.
