Scorecards is the tool that helps you track measurable performance across your organization using clear, consistent time intervals. It gives teams visibility into trends, progress, and results so you can make informed decisions and stay aligned on what matters most. The main Scorecards page shows all scorecards you have access to, including favorites at the top when enabled. Each scorecard displays its title, health, priority, owner, and current status so you can quickly understand how performance is trending across different areas of the business.
Once you open a scorecard, you will see the main view organized into interval cards such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. You can toggle these intervals on or off depending on how your team wants to track performance. Inside each interval card, you can add measurables, update values, and view detailed reports. Scorecards gives you the flexibility to track recurring numbers, monitor goals, attach context, and review historical performance in one organized layout.
Five Steps to Get Started
1. Review your existing scorecards on the main page
Start by exploring the Scorecards page. Each scorecard is listed with its title, owner, priority, status, and health indicator. You can collapse the Favorites section if you prefer a cleaner display. This overview helps you understand which teams or functions already have scorecards and where you may want to add new ones.
2. Create a new scorecard
Click the plus scorecard button in the upper right to create a new one. Add a clear title that reflects the purpose of the scorecard, such as Weekly Revenue Tracking or Customer Support Metrics. Assign one or multiple teams and complete any additional properties. Scorecards can be team-specific or shared across departments depending on your setup.
3. Configure your interval cards
Once your scorecard is created, you will see the default interval cards for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tracking. Use the display options to turn intervals on or off based on how your team measures performance. For example, you may track weekly metrics for service teams, monthly metrics for finance, or quarterly metrics for strategic goals.
4. Add measurables to your scorecard
Inside any interval card, click the plus icon to add a measurable. Give it a title, write a clear description, and attach any files or supporting documentation. Set the measurable’s goal, unit, and value for the chosen interval. Each measurable becomes a row on your scorecard, allowing teams to update results consistently and compare performance over time.
5. Update values and view detailed reporting
Click on any cell within the scorecard to update the result for a specific time range. You can also click the measurable itself to open a slide out drawer with additional details. This drawer shows the goal, history, comments, attachments, and tracked values. Reviewing this information helps you understand performance trends, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
Tips and Tricks for Best Results
Use clear and simple measurable titles
Team members should immediately understand what is being tracked without needing extra explanation.
Align measurables with your operating rhythm
If your team meets weekly, weekly intervals will help keep discussions consistent and actionable.
Keep intervals focused
Only enable the intervals that matter most to avoid clutter and keep your scorecard easy to read.
Review history often
Historical data helps you identify trends that may not be visible in weekly or daily values alone.
Use comments for context
Add notes when numbers change unexpectedly to help the team understand causes, adjustments, or concerns.
