Stand Ups is the daily rhythm that keeps your team aligned, focused, and aware of what everyone is working on. It provides a simple and structured way for members to share their progress, highlight blockers, and stay accountable to their goals. On the main Stand Ups page, you will see a list of all team members on the left side. Selecting a member allows you to view their past standup entries and track how their week has progressed. This clarity helps teams stay connected, even when working across different locations or schedules.

You can filter standup results by team, specific members, or past dates using the controls in the upper left. This makes it easy to review historical entries, understand performance patterns, and revisit progress across any period of time. When it is time to take your standup, the Complete Standup button guides you through a short sequence of questions designed to capture your daily focus, weekly momentum, and overall well-being. Once submitted, your entry becomes available for team members and admins to review, helping everyone maintain transparency and alignment.

Five Steps to Get Started

1. Explore the main Standups page and filters
Start by reviewing the Standups page, where all members are listed on the left. Click on any name to view their daily entries. Use the team filter if you want to narrow the list to a specific department or functional group. You can also click the date filter to browse standup results for any previous day, which is helpful for tracking progress over time.

2. Click Complete Standup to begin your entry
When you are ready to submit your standup for the day, click the Complete Standup button. This will take you into the standup flow, where you will answer a series of straightforward questions. These questions are designed to capture your progress, your daily plan, and any obstacles that may be getting in the way.

3. Share yesterday’s progress and your weekly momentum
The standup begins with a simple prompt asking whether you met your goals from the previous day. After that, you will rate how on track you feel for the week on a scale of 1 to 10. This helps you reflect on your momentum and provides your team with an early signal if you need support or adjustments.

4. Outline your goals and flag blockers
Next, list out what you plan to accomplish today. These should be your top priorities or specific tasks that you intend to complete. Then, you will be asked whether you have any blockers. If you select yes, a field will appear where you can describe the issue so your team can help resolve it. This section is key for improving team support and reducing delays.

5. Share how you are feeling and submit your entry
Finally, you will be asked how you are feeling today. Once completed, submit your standup to return to the home page, where you can view your results. Admins can also access a results view in the upper navigation to review stand ups by team or across specific date ranges.
