Surveys is the tool that helps you collect structured feedback from individuals, teams, or your entire organization. It gives you a simple way to understand experiences, gather insights, and identify opportunities for improvement. On the main Surveys page, you will see all surveys you have received, starting with any pending surveys displayed at the top in a highlighted banner. Below that, past surveys appear in a results section that shows the survey title, status, and due date. This layout helps you stay aware of surveys that need your attention and makes it easy to review your previous responses.

Admins have access to the Survey Library, which contains a wide range of pre-built surveys designed to support different scenarios. These include survey formats such as continuous performance, wellness and mental health, onboarding, peer review, and more. The library saves time by offering ready-to-use templates that can be sent to individuals, teams, or the entire organization. Once a survey is sent, it appears on the Sent page, where you can track completion status and view survey results when the survey is completed or past due.

Five Steps to Get Started

1. Review your pending and past surveys on the main page
Start by looking at the Surveys page. Any survey waiting for your response will appear in the top banner so you can complete it quickly. Below that, the survey results section displays your past surveys, organized by title, status, and due date. This gives you a clear overview of what you have submitted and what still requires attention.

2. Explore the Survey Library as an admin
If you have admin access, click into the Survey Library to view all available survey templates. These templates cover areas such as performance, engagement, onboarding, wellness, peer review, and more. Each template is designed to help you gather focused, useful feedback without needing to build a survey from scratch. Browsing the library gives you a sense of what feedback you can collect across your organization.

3. Send a new survey using the Send Survey button
To send a survey, click the Send Survey button in the upper right. Choose the survey template you want to use from the library. Then select the recipient type. You can send surveys to individual members, specific teams, or the entire organization depending on your needs. This flexibility ensures surveys reach the right people at the right time.

4. Choose recipients and a due date
After selecting the survey and the audience type, choose the specific recipients. Then set the due date for when the survey should be completed. A clear deadline helps keep the survey process timely and ensures results are gathered within the correct reporting window.

5. Track and review your survey results
Once the survey has been sent, it appears on the Sent page. Here you can monitor its status, check which surveys are still open, and view results once the survey is completed or past due. Click on any completed survey to open the survey report, where you can review responses and gather insights. These reports help you understand trends, identify strengths, and spot areas where support or improvement may be needed.
