Some website visitors may be eligible for our 14 day free trial. Our 14 day free trial lets you try the WAVE Kit at home before you commit to buying.

To make sure your payment method is valid and can be charged once the trial period is over, a temporary hold will be placed on your card, which may appear as “pending” or “processing.” 

If you choose to return your order within our 14 day trial, we’ll void the hold on your card and the funds will be released back into your bank account or credit card. Your hold is reversed once we receive the WAVE Kit back and process the return on our end.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from WAVE for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you receive the shipment to request a full refund.

You may return any physical product purchased on in accordance with the terms below:

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your shipment date. 
  • To request a return authorization, please contact to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping your Product.
  • We will pay all shipping and handling charges on eligible returned items unless otherwise stated during the returns process.
  • Refunds are processed within approximately twenty (20) business days of our receipt of your merchandise.
  • Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site.
  • A $15 packaging fee will be deducted from the refund amount in the event that the shipping box for the Products and the interior WAVE™ Kit box are not returned.
  • The WAVE Kit must be returned in its original condition.
