Being concerned about its users' privacy, Facebook restricts Wave.video from accessing and showing names and profile pictures of those who leave comments during live streams on Facebook groups.

The comment itself will appear, but it won't feature the user's name and picture.

For sure, there is a way to fix this issue and enhance the live streaming experience for all.

Ask viewers who are going to comment during your live show to collaborate.

1) Once you schedule a live stream for your Facebook group, there will be a special link in the event description showing this.

2) Ask your audience to grant Wave.video permission to access their names and profile pictures.

3) Once they allow Wave.video to access their info, all their comments will feature names and images.
