  • Click on "Create My Listing" to begin listing your property for sale.

  • Review the introduction to the listing process and click "Continue.

  • Enter your property's location details and click "Continue" to proceed.

  • Review and acknowledge the listing type and click continue.

  • Proceed to mention the property features. Click "Continue" after adding the necessary details.

  • Share the appraisal amount for your property.

  • Upload high-quality photos to showcase it effectively. Click "Continue" to proceed.

  • Enter a compelling description of your property to attract potential buyers. Highlight key features and benefits. Click "Continue" to move forward.

  • Specify the inspection time for potential buyers to view the property. Click the "Add Inspection" button.

  • Choose the desired time, and click "Add."

  • Edit or delete the inspection time as needed and click "Continue."

  • Confirm your contact details for conveyancing purposes. Click "Continue" to proceed.

  • Upload your listing documents and click Continue.

  • Review the payment of your listing and click Continue.

  • Double-check all the details of your listing and ensure everything is accurate. Click "Submit your listing for review" to proceed.

  • Review and acknowledge the terms and conditions of listing your property on Wavie. Click "Submit" to finalize the process.

  • Congratulations! You have successfully created your listing on Wavie. Your property is now live and available for potential buyers to view.
