Understand Wavrr plans and waiver limits

Understand free waiver limits, usage cards, paid plans, and upgrade prompts in Wavrr.

Written by Wavrr

Your Wavrr plan controls how many waivers you can create and which workspace features are available.

Check your current usage

The Dashboard shows a plan or waiver usage card. Use it to see how many waivers you have used and how many are still available on your current plan.

Free plan behavior

On the free plan, your workspace has a limited number of waivers. When you reach the limit, Wavrr may prevent new waiver creation until you upgrade.

You can still review existing records that were already created.

Paid plan behavior

Paid plans are designed for active studios and higher waiver volume. Depending on the plan, paid workspaces may include:

  • More or unlimited waivers

  • Studio or multi-artist features

  • Continued access to client, waiver, and INK Passport workflows

Compare plans

Go to Subscription to view available plans, monthly and yearly pricing, and the current plan status.

When to upgrade

Upgrade when:

  • You are close to the free waiver limit.

  • You need regular waiver creation for appointments.

  • You need studio features that are not included in your current plan.

  • Your team wants fewer interruptions during client intake.

Notes

  • Plan limits apply to new activity, not to whether old records exist.

  • If payment is overdue, Wavrr may ask you to fix billing before creating new records.

  • If your usage card looks wrong, refresh the dashboard and check the Subscription page.
