If Wavrr shows a payment overdue or failed payment message, your subscription needs attention. Updating billing usually restores normal access after the payment is confirmed.
What the message means
A payment warning can appear when:
A card payment failed.
A payment method expired.
The billing provider could not renew the subscription.
The subscription is past due.
Depending on the account state, Wavrr may limit new actions such as creating waivers until billing is fixed.
1. Open Subscription
Go to Subscription from the sidebar.
2. Manage billing
Use the billing or subscription action on the page to open the billing management flow.
From there, update the payment method or complete any required payment steps.
3. Return to Wavrr
After fixing payment, return to Wavrr and refresh the dashboard. If the payment provider has confirmed the update, the warning should disappear.
4. Try the blocked action again
If waiver creation or another feature was blocked, try again after the billing status updates.
If the warning stays visible
Try these checks:
Refresh the dashboard.
Open Subscription and confirm the plan status.
Make sure the payment method was actually saved.
Wait a few minutes for billing status to sync.
Contact support if the payment was completed but Wavrr still shows the warning.
Notes
Wavrr does not ask you to type card details directly into a Help Center article or chat.
Update payment details only through the billing page opened from your Wavrr account.
Existing signed records remain important legal records even if new activity is temporarily limited.
