When the user opens up the instruction panel by clicking the arrow on the right hand side of each step, it will display a range of icons at the top of the procedure to communicate the criteria assigned to it.
Steps that are mandatory will display a star in a circle icon.
When the cursor hovers over the icon, it will state "Required Step".
