The home we help you to buy must be the only home you own. In other words, you can't own another home at the same time that you're a homeowner with us.

For example, we wouldn't help you to purchase a 'buy-to-let' property.

We can help you if you're selling your existing home

If you already own a home but you're selling it, then you can still become a homeowner with Wayhome.

However, before you can make an offer on a home with us, you'll need to have exchanged on the sale of your existing home and have a fixed completion date.

You'll also need to have completed on the sale of your previous home before we reach the point of exchange on your new home.
