You won’t be stuck because there are various options you can choose from when you get to a maximum 40% ownership with us:

  • You can stay at 40% equity and rent the rest of the home for as long as you want

  • Buy out the remaining 60% with a mortgage, Islamic mortgage or inheritance

  • Sell the property and buy a different home
