You also can't transfer your Shariah mortgage over to us as we aren't the same as an Shariah compliant mortgage.

However, we can help you if you want to sell your existing home

Before you can make an offer on a home through Wayhome, you'll need to have exchanged on the sale of your existing home and have a fixed completion date.

You'll also need to complete on selling your previous home before we get to the point of exchange on the home we help you to buy.

It's important to remember that the home you buy with our help has to be your only property. For example, we wouldn't help you to purchase a 'buy-to-let' property.
