If you want to leave your home we need to see what our investing partners want to do too. They can either buy your share or sell their share with you. They get 3 months to make this decision.
Because you’re initiating the end of the partnership, we ask you to pay for the property valuation which normally costs about £350.
If our investing partners decide to buy your share, they get a further 3 months to buy it.
If they decide to sell with you, you split all the associated costs according to how much of the home you own when you decide to sell. For example, if the estate agent’s fees are £3,000 and you own 25%, you only pay £750.
In each case, you need to live in the house and pay rent until they buy your share or you both sell.
