đ Availability
Upload methods, supported sources, file size, and bulk-import limits can depend on your plan and workspace.
WayinVideo supports local video uploads on paid plans and link imports from supported sources. Your plan determines the maximum local file size and bulk-import limit.
Plan limits
Plan | Local device upload | Maximum file size | Bulk import |
Free | Not included | Not applicable | Not included |
Starter | Included | 10 GB per file | Up to 10 URLs per import |
Pro | Included | 30 GB per file | Up to 30 URLs per import |
Scale | Included | 30 GB per file | Up to 50 URLs per import |
Supported local file formats
When local upload is included in your plan, supported formats are:
MP4
MOV
WEBM
AVI
Use a high-quality file with clear audio for AI Clipping, Transcript, Subtitle, or Speech Enhancer tasks.
Supported link sources
The link importer currently supports: Google Drive, Zoom, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Rumble, Vimeo, Dailymotion, and Medal.tv.
More sources are coming soon, including LinkedIn, Dropbox, StreamYard, X (Twitter), and Apple Podcast.
Source availability can change. The icons and options shown in the importer are the current source list for your account.
Make a link accessible
The video must be public or shared so WayinVideo can open it.
For example, before importing a Google Drive video:
Open the fileâs sharing settings.
Allow access through the link.
Copy the share link.
Paste it into WayinVideo.
A private, expired, region-restricted, login-only, or deleted source can fail to import.
If an upload or import fails
Check:
Your plan includes the upload method you selected.
The file is within your planâs size limit.
The file format is supported.
The link opens in a signed-out browser window.
Google Drive or Zoom sharing permissions allow link access.
The source is not deleted, expired, region-restricted, or login-only.
Your internet connection is stable.
If the file still fails, record the source, file format, file size, and error message before contacting Support.
