WayinVideo has Free, Starter, Pro, Scale, and Enterprise plans. Prices, taxes, discounts, and final billing terms are shown on the Pricing page and checkout screen. Enterprise has no self-serve checkout — its pricing and terms are custom and agreed with our sales team.
WayinVideo plans differ by credits, upload limits, export quality, bulk workflows, social publishing, templates, branding, AI tools, and support level.
Free is best for trying WayinVideo.
Starter is best for solo creators.
Pro is best for growing creators who need automation and publishing workflows.
Scale is best for teams and agencies managing higher-volume channels.

AI Notes turns each video into a structured space for deeper learning and understanding. Core AI Notes features are available on all plans, subject to credits and plan limits:

Chat with a video
WayinVideo can work with both visual and audio context, so you can search for scenes, actions, characters, emotions, on-screen moments, and dialogue when the video supports them.
Starter, Pro, and Scale also include speaker labels in transcripts and prompt-based custom Note templates. Subscribers can use their own prompts to define the structure and focus of each template.
Video clipping features
WayinVideo plans also cover the full workflow from a long video to ready-to-edit clips.
AI Clipping automatically finds strong moments and turns them into short clips.
Game Clipping creates highlights from gameplay recordings and stream videos.
Find Moments lets you describe a specific quote, person, character, emotion, action, or scene and returns matching clips. It can be used alongside AI Clipping or Game Clipping when you want more targeted results.
AI Montage combines selected moments into a longer edited sequence. Available input length depends on your plan.
Every generated clip includes an overall quality or viral score. Free users can see the numeric score. Paid plans add detailed text feedback for Hook, Story, Value, Engagement, and Reach.

Video editing and publishing features
After clips are created, you can open the Video Editor to trim, resize and reframe, edit subtitles, and add text or non-generated elements. These basic editing actions are available on every plan, including Free, and do not use credits.

WayinVideo does not add a watermark to exports on any plan. Export resolution depends on your plan and the resolution of the source video.

Free is for trying WayinVideo with no commitment and no credit card. You get 100 one-time credits, 720p export, 500 MB of cloud storage kept for 3 days, and Standard processing priority.

Upgrade or cancel your plan
If you are already subscribed to Pro or Scale and only need more credits, you can upgrade your Pack instead of changing the full plan. A higher Pack gives you more monthly credits while the rest of your plan benefits stay the same.
If you are on Scale and need a custom credit volume, custom workflow, or higher-volume arrangement, talk to sales about the Enterprise plan.
If you upgrade your Pack, future renewals will use the upgraded Pack unless you change or cancel before the next renewal. Pro+ has been renamed Scale, so older references to Pro+ mean the current Scale plan.
Downgrading is not currently available as a self-serve action in the interface. If you need help changing to a lower plan, contact support.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops future renewals. Your current access and remaining billing period follow the status shown in your account.
Go to Settings > Plan & billing and use the Invoices section to view and download your billing documents.
Before canceling, keep in mind:
Monthly credits do not roll over after the reset date
Paid plan storage is available while the subscription is active
Features such as higher export quality, publishing, templates, Brand Kit, and bulk workflows depend on your active plan
Export or download any files you may need before your plan access changes

Starter is for creating consistently. Solo creators publishing their own videos to a few social accounts.
Pro is for scaling production. Automate reframing, hooks, B-roll, audio, and scheduled publishing across up to 10 accounts.
Scale is for managing volume. Teams and agencies working across many clients, channels, or brands.
Enterprise is for organizations. Custom credits, workflows, and terms — talk to our sales team.
