Bulk Edit, clip limits, presets, custom templates, and some AI editing options can depend on your plan.
Use Bulk Edit when you want to apply the same editing settings to several clips at once.
Bulk Edit helps you prepare multiple clips faster before export, direct publishing, or bulk scheduling. If your clips are already edited and you only want to post or schedule them, use Bulk Publish.
When to use Bulk Edit
Bulk Edit is useful when several clips need the same style or cleanup.
Use it to:
Apply the same format or layout across clips
Add a consistent subtitle style
Apply AI Hook or hook text settings
Apply speech cleanup settings such as Clean Audio
Remove filler words or silences when available
Add repeatable intro or outro settings through a template
Apply a saved custom template or preset
This is especially helpful for creators, streamers, podcasts, webinars, ecommerce videos, and social teams preparing many clips from the same source.
Bulk Edit vs Bulk Publish
Workflow | Use it for |
Bulk Edit | Change how multiple clips look or sound before publishing |
Bulk Publish | Prepare posts, choose accounts, set thumbnails, and schedule publishing |
Many workflows use both: Bulk Edit first, then Bulk Publish.
Select clips
Open the page where your generated clips are listed.
Select the clips you want to edit.
Click Bulk Edit.
Review the selected clips before applying changes.
Your plan can limit how many clips you can edit in one bulk workflow.
Choose Custom or Presets
Bulk Edit can use Custom settings or Presets.
Option | When to use it |
Custom | Choose individual settings for this batch only |
Presets | Apply a saved template or reusable editing setup |
Use Custom when you only need a few changes. Use Presets when you want a repeatable style across many clips.
Apply individual settings
In Custom, select only the settings you want to change.
Available options can depend on your plan and the type of clips you selected, but they may include:
Resize or layout settings
Subtitles
Emoji settings
B-roll settings
AI Hook or hook text
Clean Audio or Speech Enhancer
Remove Filler Words
Remove Silences
Unselected settings should stay unchanged. This is important when some clips already have manual edits you want to keep.
Apply a preset or custom template
Use Presets when you want to apply a saved editing setup.
Custom templates can be created from:
Video Editor > Template
Bulk Edit > Presets
After a template is saved, you can use it again in either Video Editor or Bulk Edit.
Depending on your plan, custom templates can include settings such as AI Hook, Clean Audio, Remove Filler Words, Remove Silences, intro, and outro.

Apply the edits
Choose Custom or Presets.
Select the settings or template you want to apply.
Review the selected clips.
Click Apply to selected clips.
Wait for the edits to finish processing.
Open a few clips and review the results.
Bulk editing can save time, but you should still check the output before publishing.
Review before publishing
After Bulk Edit finishes, check:
The layout fits the target platform
Subtitles are readable and not covering important visuals
Hook text, emojis, B-roll, intro, and outro fit each clip
Speech cleanup sounds natural
Removed silences or filler words did not make the clip feel abrupt
Any existing manual edits were preserved when you did not select that setting
If a clip needs a different treatment, open it in Video Editor and adjust it manually.
