How to use Brand Kit, fonts, and logos

👀 Availability

Brand Kit is available on Pro and Scale. Custom Templates are separate: Starter includes 1 template, Pro includes 3, and Scale includes 10. Logo, font, and other Brand Kit asset limits depend on your plan.

Use Brand Kit to save reusable brand assets and styles in your workspace, then access them while editing videos. This helps creators and teams keep logos, colors, fonts, subtitles, text, and media consistent across clips.

You can add Brand Kit assets from either:

  • The Brand Kit area in your workspace

  • Brand Kit in the Video Editor's left toolbar

  • Any font selector that includes Upload Font

The Brand Assets tab stores individual assets and styles. The Templates tab stores reusable editing templates. They serve different purposes and have different plan limits.

Add assets from your workspace

  1. Open Brand Kit from your workspace.

  2. Select the Brand Assets tab.

  3. Find the asset type you want to add.

  4. Click the add area, drag a file into it, or click Browse.

  5. Choose a supported file and wait for the upload to finish.

For colors, subtitle styles, and text styles, select the relevant add option and configure the style you want to reuse.

Add or use assets in the Video Editor

  1. Open a video or clip in the Video Editor.

  2. Select Brand Kit from the left toolbar.

  3. Open the asset category you need.

  4. Select an existing asset, or click the add button to upload one without leaving the editor.

  5. Add or apply the asset to the current project.

Use logos, images, videos, and audio as reusable media. Brand colors, fonts, subtitle styles, and text styles appear in the relevant editing controls.

Upload and use a custom font

You can upload a custom font from Brand Kit or from any font selector that includes Upload Font.

  1. Open a font selector while editing text, subtitles, or another font-based element.

  2. Click Upload Font.

  3. Select a TTF, OTF, WOFF, or WOFF2 file.

  4. After the upload finishes, select it under Brand Fonts.

Custom font limits depend on your plan:

Add and use a logo

  1. Open Brand Assets > Logos.

  2. Upload a JPG, PNG, or JPEG file.

  3. Open Brand Kit in the Video Editor when you want to use it.

  4. Add the logo to the project and adjust its size and position.

A transparent PNG usually works best when the logo needs to sit over video. Keep it away from subtitles, platform controls, and other important visual content.

The number of logos and other Brand Kit assets you can save depends on your plan. Check the limit shown in your workspace or on the current Pricing page.

Save colors, subtitle styles, and text styles

Use reusable styles when several clips should follow the same visual system.

  • Save brand colors for text, subtitles, and other supported elements.

  • Save subtitle styles to keep captions consistent across videos.

  • Save text styles for titles, labels, hook text, or other on-screen copy.

Check contrast and readability against both bright and dark scenes before reusing a style across a batch of clips.
