I am unable to see recently added outstanding payables in WayPay?

Whenever you would like to see latest payables added in the accounting software brought over to WayPay, please ensure 

  1. that the connection is still active between accounting software and WayPay,

  2. you have clicked Sync on WayPay dashboard and,

  3. you have also received an email which confirms that the sync is complete
