What if I have multiple brands under one Amazon seller profile?

If your Amazon seller profile includes multiple brands, syncing it to Wayward will automatically import all associated brands into your Wayward account. You can manage multiple brands and seller profiles from a single Wayward account. Within your account, you can choose which brands are active or inactive—only active brands will be eligible for promotion by creators and publishers.

Can I disable or block publishers on Wayward?

Yes. You are able to disable specific creators and publishers from promoting your products. To do so:

  1. Navigate to the Creators tab in Wayward.

  2. Search for the publisher you'd like to disable.

  3. Click on their profile.

  4. In the side panel under Partnership, scroll to the bottom and click "Enabled for all brands."

  5. Select "Disable for specific offerings."

  6. Choose Associates to disable them for that program.

Why am I seeing the error “All seller accounts found have already been synced”?

This error usually means the Amazon seller profile you're trying to sync is already connected to another Wayward account. This can happen if you're managing multiple brands or if someone on your team has previously synced the profile elsewhere.

Please contact us at brands@wayward.com, and our team will investigate and help resolve the issue.

How do I add a new user to my Wayward account?

  1. Log into your Wayward account.

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Manage Users".

  3. Click "Add User" and enter the email address of this new user

  4. An invite will be sent to that email — please accept the invite and log in at least once using this email and password to add this user to your Wayward account
