1. Choose the Right Platform
When you apply, Amazon will ask you to connect one of the following social media accounts:
Instagram
YouTube
TikTok
Facebook (Pages only—not personal profiles)
You’ll only need to link one to apply, but you can connect more later if you’re accepted.
2. Meet the Follower and Engagement Requirements
Amazon doesn’t publish an exact follower minimum—but based on what we’ve seen in the community, here are some general benchmarks:
Instagram: 1,000+ followers with solid engagement
YouTube: A few published videos and steady views (not just shorts)
TikTok: 1,000+ followers and consistent video posting (although we’ve seen TikTok accounts get approved as few as 200 followers)
Facebook: Active Page with content and audience growth
Engagement matters. Amazon looks for creators who are:
Posting consistently
Getting likes, comments, or views
Building a real connection with their audience
3. Use a Public, Niche-Focused Account
Your account should be:
Public (not private)
Clearly geared toward a niche or audience
Posting a mix of content—not just promotional or giveaway posts
The more you can show that you’re an active, trusted voice in a specific space (beauty, home, tech, etc.), the more likely you are to get approved.
4. Apply Through the Official Portal
You can apply here: Amazon Influencer Program Application
Just link your account, follow the steps, and wait for Amazon to review your application. Some people get approved in minutes—others take a few days.
